  3. Work off of your own design ideas, however, we will assist in ideas if our ideas are welcomed.
  4. We will submit and manage all permitting and engineering if needed.
  5. Wholesale pricing on a number of high dollar items that could save the flipper hundreds to thousands of dollars.
  6. We will only charge you for the work we do.  You pay us for a week and we work a week and we continue that process until the job is done.
  7. No job is too large for us, so focus on properties to flip and leave all the frustrations and headaches to us, it's what we do.

Note:  Our draw period is spread out by the number of weeks it will take to do the job with a small down payment to get started.  The balance left over will be divided equally based on the number of weeks it will take to complete the work.  This helps by spreading out the payments and not having to pay large lump sums of money throughout the process.
