Are you in investor looking to cash in on real estate?  If you are, we have a program that fits any investor with at least $5,000.00 in liquid cash.  As an investor, you can put in as much as you like.

How Does It Work:

We buy property as cheap as we can, we remodel it to bring the property up to date or to code, and then we sell it for top dollar.  Pretty simple process.  We are general contractors, so once we secure the property we move pretty fast to buy, fix and sell the property as fast as possible.

How Does It Work For YOU:

If you invest with us, you will get back the exact percentage of the amount you put in.  If you were to invest $45,000.00 for example, and your investment was 22% of the total buy price, you will receive 22% of the total profit when we sell the property.  We never take in more than 100% of the purchase price + all costs to own the property, which means the 100% in balances out on the back end the same.

Everything is documented, so no worries.  Contact us if you would like to get on our Investor list.  Once you’re on the list, you will be invited to ALL trades we make and you can decide then if you want to be a part of that deal.

Most properties will flip in 4-9 months, depending on the scale of the property and the work.  Here is an example of what an investment might look like.

We go all in on a property that will cost $358,450.00 after the property purchase price + all the closing costs + the estimated repair costs.  If you were to put in $40,000.00 (any amount over $5,000.00 is fine), and after we sell the property we clear $155,700.00 in net profit, your $40,000.00, which was 11.16% of the purchase amount will reward you 11.16% of the profit amount, which will be $17,374.81 for a total return of $57,374.81.  Not a bad return, huh?
